Tonight's training for both MNC Masters and Ethan Allen Biathlon Club are canceled due to high winds and heavy rain. Masters training is rescheduled for Thursday night this week.

Masters Fall Training - Get Ready For Ski Season!
Starting September 11, 2012
- Build Ski Specific Strength
- Improve Balance and Technique
- Video Analysis
- Meet Other Skiers From The Club
Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM at Ethan Allen Training Facility
Dryland with ski specific training including running, strength, balance. Rollerskiing optional but must be in groups of 2 or more and stay on approved trails.
Sundays 9:00 AM - Rollerski from Round Church in Richmond. Other locations to be announced and bonus sessions may be added.
